We were all given complete instructions. But as far as the actual work, we were split into teams of 2 to do the prep work and then 1 person from each team assisted with cooking each course (mostly just stirring occasionally or watching to make sure nothing overcooked or boiled over).Steve, how fun! Great pictures! So did you have a hand in all the dishes or you just made some of it? Or everyone did one part and then put them all together? How did it work?
Would love to do something like that.
We all did our own plating.
I also learned how to open a coconut with nothing but a machete. I'm not sure this is a skill I will ever use in real life but it was fun.
