What inspires you to try new things in the kitchen?
Like with most things in life it's easy to fall into a rut but sometimes inspiration hits. I'm cooking a pork tenderloin tonight and wanted to do something other my usual ginger-soy-lime glaze. I noticed a couple of mangos in my fruit basket so I'm going to try a mango-brown sugar glaze and am really excited to start cooking even though dinner is a good 12 hours from now.
What inspires you? A new ingredient? A TV show? The produce aisle or farmers market?
