Cracker Barrel Hashbrowns

Hash Brown Casserole

1 box frozen hashbrown patties (A 10 count or 26oz bag)
2 Cups Shredded Colby Cheese (can use cheddar, or Colby-jack Blend)
1/4 c minced onion
1 t Salt
1/4 t pepper
1 Cup Milk
1/2 c Beef Broth/Stock
Dash of Garlic Powder
2 Tbls Butter Melted

1. Preheat Oven to 425
2. Break up Patties (Microwave for 1 min to soften)
3. Combine Patties, Chesse, onion in a Bowl
4. Combine Milk, Broth, Butter, Garlic, Salt, Pepper in another Bowl
5. Pour Liquid into hashbrown mixture
6. Put Mixture into hot skillet, heating through to melt cheese
7. Transfer to greased baking dish. Cooking for 45-60 minutes; top should be browned.
