and I'll be making a fresh pot of steamed White rice to go with.

What's for dinner at your place? :chef:

I'm guessing that your SO was the person you had the pasta with. ;) Looks like you got zapped by autocorrect, Andy.

I just got home from running errands. Himself had a taste for stuffed cabbage I pulled a meal's worth from the freezer last night. It's warming on the stove right now. Mashed potatoes and some kind of veggie will join in on our plates.

Cottage pie using from the freezer leftover beef roast and marinade/cooking liquid from when I used the sous vide. Carrots, criminis, onions, and garlic were the veges, with a mashed potato topping. No pics, I was starved.

DH had a migraine, so I used up my spoons making espresso for him and other stuff. I made a country omelette with feta, scallion greens, and red onion. There were roasted, smashed potatoes to go with that.

Rainy day and we couldn't raise the desire for a complete dinner so, we settled for waffles and bacon.

Didn't even want dessert. :ermm:
Glad THAT doesn't happen too often.
