CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER PIE
Quick Cooking Magazine - 2002
Serves: 6-8

Plan ahead...needs to chill at least 4 hours

1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
1/3 c. whipped topping
10 peanut butter cups
1 chocolate crumb crust (9=in.)

In a small mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Coarsely chop half of the peanut butter cups; stir into cream cheese mixture. Spoon into crust. Quarter remaining peanut butter cups; arrange over top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting.
