The 1st experiment was slices of eggplant, dipped in eggs, then sesame w. a dash of minced garlic.Almost no oil was needed for frying, with my non stick pan.
Of course that's something to repeat!
The softness of eggplant works very well with the crunchy crust.
Now slices of cooked pumpkin. (In the photo). Not bad..
I might try everything.
