Crunchy sesame crust, works with what?

16850955091817499705840943103609.jpgThe 1st experiment was slices of eggplant, dipped in eggs, then sesame w. a dash of minced garlic.
Almost no oil was needed for frying, with my non stick pan.
Of course that's something to repeat! 😃👍
The softness of eggplant works very well with the crunchy crust.
Now slices of cooked pumpkin. (In the photo). Not bad..
I might try everything.
What would you try with that crunchy crust?
