Dance Day Dinner - 4/29/2018

I had pastina in chicken bouillon and saltines for breakfast.
I had chicken bouillon and saltines for lunch.
Tummy feeling a bit better at the moment so the Salade Nicoise is on the menu for now. We'll see later.
 
I'll be dancing only if I drop a heavy pot on my toe or burn my hand on something hot! :LOL:

I dug out the last tub of winter from the freezer - a quart of ham-and-bean soup. I might make salads to clear out some veggies, and we'll finish off bits of bread things before I fire up the bread machine again.
 
Thank goodness we didn't have to dance for our supper, or we would still be hungry.

I warmed up most of a rack of spares grill smoked yesterday. ( hickory and apple wood, Famous Daves bbq sauce) We had potato salad and KFC clone coleslaw, also from yesterday.

Craig did a low and slow smoke on the Big Green Egg of a pork butt. He used sub rolls and had a sammie. I went breadless. Loaded tater skins as a side.
