Strong Coffee, and light as a feather biscuits -- The only way I could keep the biscuits from floating up off the plate was to ladle Sausage gravy on to hold them down!! ;)

We had left-over jerk pork so I made jerk pork hash - it turned out quite well. Served a couple of fried eggs on top.

Now, I HAVE to start some healthier eating habits!!!!! :ermm:

BC that's a light Sunday Brunch -- On Saturday morning I had a loaf of toast, a settin of eggs, a bucket of grits, a pound of bacon, a pot of coffee, and was starving before dinner time!

My boss loves "chicken fruit." He eats I don't know how many hard-boiled eggs a day! :ermm: That doesn't make the few of us happy that have to work with him....... if you know what I mean.

I had leftover turkey meatballs and penne this morning. I know, strange breakfast, but it was GOOD!

Mark went out to breakfast and to read the paper...his Sunday ritual.
