Home again in Ohio!
Hope you all have been having a wonderful holiday.

No turkey here. Instead, we'll be having leftover stuffed cabbage with a veggie pulled from the freezer (I'm leaning towards haricot vert) and fresh-made mashed potatoes.

What will you be feasting on tonight?

+1 Happy Thanksgiving to all of our cousins up north

It was a bit cool and windy here today; I went freezer diving and came up with Chicken Chili.
No cook meal tonight ;)
Simply going to reheat the Chili slowly on the stovetop; I found a bag of leftover steamed White Rice
to go underneath and shredded Cheese and diced Onions on top it all
:yum:

Dessert later will be Tastykakes brand Peanut Butter Kandy Kakes
(its a Philadelphia thing ;))
Tastykake | Kandy Kakes
I stopped into our local Family Dollar Store to grab something quick like,
and saw these on the shelf, not a very common item here in Cowboy-ville.
DH was ecstatic! He's already eaten two  that's okay

Ditto that to Canada...

Panko/Parm chicken tenders with ranch and honey mustard dips..
Fries to go with them..

Vanilla pudding for later...

Happy T-Day Canada!

We had linguini with green cabbage, speck, garlic, and gruyere. Different, but really turned out good. Pecorino romano grated on top.

I forgot to add, and too late for me to edit, but this dish was surprisingly light for being basically a cabagge and bacon dish.

That's what I meant to say!

Dinner tonight must be and I emphasis MUST be done and cleaned up before 6pm PST.

Our baseball team is in a do-or-die situation
and then The Big Bang Theory comes on at 7pm PST
and lastly at 730pm PST Jeopardy! where Austin Rogers
will be on for his 10th appearance
(did anyone else notice how much he looks like John Larroquette).

Happy Thanksgiving Neighbors! I hope this means pie for everyone!

Just got home. I am going to assemble a tray of Nachos and put my feet up in front of Monday night football.

No turkey here. Dad's 86th B'day. Walleye, winter squash, mixed veggies, garden salad and double chocolate birthday cake.

Oh, you said Tastykake. Butterscotch Krimpets are my drug of choice. My local Kroger has some Tastykake products, but no Krimpets.

Thanks for all the Thanksgiving greetings. We went to the mummy-in-law's place in Cornwall, Ontario. She served up a wonderful turkey meal with stuffing, gravy, multi-coloured baby potatoes, Brussels sprouts, crudités and dip, cranberry sauce, and apple pie for desert. We got goody bags of leftovers.

We went to Walmart yesterday, so we had pecan cranberry chicken salad, with crackers and a slice of pumpkin loaf for supper. Mom INSISTS I get the chicken salad every time we are in Walmart.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Last night dinner was Breaded chicken cutlet with a side of broccoli rabe.
