My dinner for tonight with be a baked tuna casserole with a large salad and a glass of wine.

I am sure that there will be leftovers which I love. Have a great day and good luck with your dinner tonight.

Last night I made a stirfry of one of the many variations of "Homestyle Bean Curd". This time I used bean curd, ground turkey, bok choy, garlic, fresh shitake mushrooms, & soaked dried cloud ear mushrooms in a sauce of crushed red pepper flakes, soy sauce, dry sherry, & hoisin sauce. Served over white rice.
