Mac and Cheese My Way, that's the name of the dish. Tasso ham, onion, garlic, shrimp, spinach, cream, fontina, parm and sharp white cheddar.

I put some chili and cheese on a baked potato.

I made a country omelette with sliced scallions and cubed feta. I served it with whole wheat toast.

We finished up the soups that didn't make it into the freezer: barley-mushroom for me, ham and bean for Himself.
