Did I get the day/date right? Huh, did I did I? :ROFLMAO:

I made stir fry chicken and all the pretty colors. First time I velveted the chicken. We could tell the difference.

What was your supper?

Again, a little late on the post. Pics took awhile to transfer from phone to computer. Friday I usually get home about dinner time, so I rely on my wife to either heat up something I already made, or a simple dish she can handle ( she is aa self proclaimed disaster in the kitchen). Taco night was simple enough. Years ago, we used to cut up all the individual ingredients and we'd put in just what we liked. No that its just my wife and I, we just make a taco salad ( everything included , onions, tomatoes, olives, lettuce , ' meat',...) and just load them up. Also had some left over mushrooms, so when got home I lightly oiled and salted them. Tossed them into the pan grill, and they were ready when I got done with my shower.
***I would have cut the tomatoes a little smaller, but if I told my wife that she would have hit me with our heaviest pan***
