Well it's Thusday night here, and we had beef mince (ground beef?) cooked with ginger, garlic, sweetchilli, and soy sauce then mixed with chow mein noodles, mushrooms, celery, bok choy and yellow peppers. It was very nice! And enough for dh tomorrow night when I am off camping with the girls (and guy) from my team at work!
Here in hot and humid Mexico, we are not having a very Mexican dinner - went to Sam's Club today and found some smoked Johnsonville brats, so we are grilling those, and I made some old-fashioned potato salad. And watermelon.
