Tonight's dinner will be gazpacho! It's in the fridge chilling now. All that's not from the garden was the sherry vinegar, olive oil, and salt!

The blended mix of the other ingredients to mix in - a green pepper, a cucumber, a shallot, a clove of garlic, sherry vinegar, olive oil, and salt. by pepperhead212, on Flickr
Finished gazpacho, ready to chill. Garnishes later - diced peppers, cukes, tomatoes, chives, and some croutons. by pepperhead212, on Flickr
Update - I also made another batch of that chana dal/freekeh salad, when I was cutting up all those tomatoes, and other things. The gazpacho didn't really chill fast enough, so that was a good thing to have as backup. I make that salad a lot in the summer, and lidl had a sale on Greek feta recently, and I stocked up on it, for this salad.
