Tonight, since husband was out, I made myself an absolutely wonderful goat curry, using a couple of organic/free-range goat chops I picked up from the organic meat farm around the corner. It was FABULOUS!! What surprised me most was that I'd always heard that goat kid was most similar to lamb. Not true - to me at least it tasted more like veal.
