Is this recipe posted? Sounds delicious!
I'm having wild rice with sauteed mushrooms mixed in and some parm on top. I'd like some meat but it's just too much work.

going to my doc tonite so it may be a burger. i hafta get this fridge cleaned out, too, so it may be two dinners for me tonite! i have these miniature raviolis that look delicious & my mounds of pounds of potatoes! dinner sounds like it may be interesting. oops, different dy. well, this is my meal for thursday!

Wednesday night's dinner was one of my husband's favorites that I developed: Yogurt Fettucini Alfredo, made with "Straw & Hay" fettucini (1/2 regular, 1/2 spinach).

You mean you don't have to schedule bypass surgery after you've eat?
