I made a "torta salata al radicchio rosso e ricotta", which translated should be: savoury flan with red chicory (sautéed with onions), beaten eggs, ricotta and cream cheese.
Forgot picture, but it's very tasty!
My son doesn't like the bitterness of the chicory, so I have leftovers just for myself, for two days at least. I think the bitterness goes down extremely well with the creamy cheeses.
