Dinner tonight, Wednesday, Nov 15th

I'm thinkin it might end up being a rerun night here. I have chix from last night and potato salad, and for me, I can make a salad and some veggies.

I don't know what I'll be having for dinner. Chicken tacos maybe.
I do know that I'll be having chocolate peanut butter cookies for dessert. I'm on my way to get started on them riiiigggghhhht now.

We lost our electricity, so it was a cold dinner for me. Chicken wrapped in a tortilla with lettuce, cheese and sunflower seeds. No cookies, the power went out while I was making them but luckily it was before I added the eggs. Will finish them up tomorrow.
