Think tonight I will make pork chops with onion/mushroom gravy, rice and roasted asparagus.
We don't have anything as interesting as that in our supermarkets!!Pick`n`mix Indian Tapas .
the sort you buy from a supermarket, pick all the foods you like, place on a baking tray and shove `em in the oven for 15 mins and then pig out thinking you should have bought Less!
So hot and sticky and full of cooling drinks, that dinner just fell into a heap. Ended up with Edam cheese and sundried tomatoes on a fancy version of Melba toasts, followed by a cold (and getting slighty stale) hot cross bun and grapes.
please let us know how it turns out.Found Ol-blue's Slowcooker Meatloaf recipe on another thread so we are trying that out tonight! Meatloaf is my favorite meal so I am looking forward to it!!
please let us know how it turns out.
I'd like to try it too.
Have made so many different kinds of meatloaf, I'd enjoy making one in the crocker.
can you post the thread please, and could you put many slices of bread in the bottom of the crock to catch the grease or noIt was really good and I loved that I could do it in the slowcooker!! I would use less breadcrumbs next time but that is just me and make sure you are using a lean ground beef as all the grease ends up in the gravy! We will be having it again that's for sure!
