Do you throw away food after its 'Best Before Date'?

Almost sounds like I hear myself talking :)
Except my spare bottles fish & soy sauce are not in the fridge, but kept in the dark
 
I mostly use best before dates to know which are the oldest containers. I want to open the oldest ones first. But, no, I won't throw it out just because the BB date has passed.

Yeah, that's about the only reason I sometimes check the dates.

I remembered another vinegar I had but certainly wasn't worht the price for that tiny bottle. Was Champagne Vinegar. mehh... tasted like vinegar!
 
FYI all, don't take "expired" food to your local food bank. They can't give them to those in need. They will either reject them, or they'll have to throw them away.
