OK, noted. Not that I'm in a hurry to buy any or wait. I have several vinegars in the pantry. Most are hardly used. Vinegar is not something that is used a lot in my kitchen. It blows my mind when others are using/making gallons a year.They taste quite different, actually
Mayo is low carb, so it works for me in many applications.Nice to know, although it is rare I make Mayo. Usually use lemon juice (I think).
