Dr. Barbecue's Carolina Mustard Sauce
3/4 cup yellow mustard
3/4 cup re wine vineger
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margerine
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 1/4 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Combine, and simmer 30 minutes. Let stand 1 hour before serving. Will keep for 2 weeks in fridge. Good for a baste on chicken, pork.
