Birthday Supper for the Dragn:
Mussels for the appetizer. White wine cream sauce, grape tomatoes, torn basil, ciabata.
For the main, 7 oz top sirloin, Atlantic lobster tail, garlic butter. I halved this with my granddaughter (she only wanted the Caesar Salad - not enough for a 14 yr old doing a tough swimming course in the morning!) LOL - she did finish her whole plate! as did I!
Assorted vegies not as shown.
we had mashers, carrots, zucchini.
Dessert was a rich & decadent chocolate cake with vanilla whip, pumpkin seed brittle.
Cake slice was bigger than shown, whip was smaller - and there was a sparkler stuck in the top.... just for me.

Plus extra spoons to go around.
Even with splitting/sharing the lobster tail and 7 oz. steak it was plenty for me.
Steak absolutely delish, perfect medium rare.
"Seasoned with Old Chicago steak spice & seared in 1800°F Montague grill to create a perfect crust"
They describe each of the steaks doneness (perhaps they've had a return or two? LOL) right on the menu. The waiter double checks with you on your choice, and yep - I know what mediium rare looks like!
all was very good, Mussels were the only real disappointment for me. Just not my style but they weren't bad. Never had them that way before and guess I now know I won't again! LOL
Kids were great, we had the Bird Cage Booth, a round booth with walls straight up and a huge 'bird cage' chandelier hanging over the table with more than enough space for 6.
all pictures are stock, the actual walls around our booth were different but the chandeliers were all around the dining room. It was really nice, it was private although the typical steak house restaurant noises were not really muffled but that was OK, especially with two little ones bouncing around.
So it was really rather relaxing!
