I make this when I'm really short on time.
Easiest Meat -n- Potato Recipe
1 box scalloped or augrautin potato mix
1 1lb package sausage link (like Hillshire Farms kielbasa, Polish or smoked sausage)
Microwave the sausage as per package directions
Cook the potatoes on stove as per package directions
When sausage is done, cut it up into bite size chunks. Throw the sausage in with the potatoes and let cook for a couple of minutes to the flavors can mix.
