Hi everyone
I love wholewheat bread but I dont have any bread machine
Many people told me that its difficult to make wholewheat bread by hand
But I 've tried this recipe several times and really love it
Much easy and yummy
U need about 10~15 minutes to kneed by hand

Welcome to DC. As you can see your picture came out perfect. That looks like a great tasting bread. Can I have a slice?

Your bread looks great Lucky.. and I'm green with envy! :D

I was taught to make bread at school many moons ago and I remember the wonderful smell of proving dough.. but in the last 20yrs or so I have tried all sorts of ways to make some without success.
I've now given up totally especially as I am now striving to lose weight and don't need the temptation of gorgeous smelling newly baked bread.
