again don't know if I'll be eating anything for dinner. DH still gone for a day or two so no reason to dirty pots. if I do, it'll be veggies and fruit, broc/straw/orang/apple.

anyone doing anything exciting for dinner?

not exciting, really, but i'm hoping to get out to grill tonight. if not, i'll use the broiler.
i have a huge piece of salmon from costco screaming for the grill. :chef:

also, i have a few chicken legs in a brazillian marinade waiting their turn.

corn in the husk and sliced fennel round out the meal.

we grilled yesterday at my parents... It was great fun, even nothing special came on it...

today we have mashed potatoes with cabbage rolls for me and beef rouladen for my DH..
potatoes are already cooking and the rest is almost ready, too...
i'm hungry!!

My wife had her teeth worked on again, so I made gingery cauliflour soup, her favorite soup.
