Washing Up
I must admit that I find myself watching &/or recording this show more than any of the others.
What I particularly like about the recipes is that they are healthied-up without the addition of all the horrible "low-fat/no-fat" stuff on the market these days, which are chock full of chemical additives in order to "replace the fat".
Ms. Krieger instead depends more on natural ingredient subs, with the addition of small amounts of REAL food like butter, mayo, etc., to up the flavor/taste potential. Really nice healthy recipes without a lot of hoopla or no-fat no-flavor chemical grunge.
