Break out the Fondue pots! One for cheese Fondue, one with oil for the meats.
and one Hot Pot for Chinese. Always wanted one of those!
Eons ago we hosted a supper, we were 8, I supplied the pots for oil/cheese/chocolate.
We each supplied our own meat, I did coated cheese balls for the oil and mushrooms, some other vegie don't remember now what.
I made the cheese fondue, someone brought the bread.
I supplied the chocolate, others brought a variety of fruit. Everyone brought their own wine.
What a night! Went very late but we had a blast!
And everyone had to bring their own forks! LOL.

Fondue was huge. Deviled eggs. Those meatballs in a slow cooker with grape jelly & BBQ. Dips. Lots of dips and stuff to dip in the dip (veggies, chips). My mother would hallow out a pumpernickel round and use it to hold the dill dip. The hollowed out pieces would surround the dip in the bread bowl. Fan-CEE. Fruit and cheese kabobs on fancy longer toothpicks. Very nice. Taco dip - so exotic with corn chips. Mini-smokies (sausages) in a bbq sauce in a slow cooker. Fruit with cream cheese dip. Cheeseballs and little bread slices.

And for the best one for last: Take a Nilla wafer and put it in a mini-cupcake wrapper. Fill each with cheesecake filling and bake. THEN use CANNED cherry (or blueberry) pie filling and plunk 1 cherry (or three blueberries) on top of each mini-cheesecake.

Drinks by the pitcher: Pink ladies were always made by Momma. Cuba Libre, and Blue Hawaii. Plus assorted mixers with spirits. Don't forget something like Sprite with assorted fruit slices and cherries for the non-drinkers who are faking it.
