I suggest "noodling" around with farro and quinoa
Appreciate the suggestion but never heard of either and if it isn't available in a supermarket within five miles of my house and has to come from an overpriced specialty food store on the other side of town it just isn't a sustainable idea as a regular food. I will though look into it. Thanks.

You can buy quinoa in regular supermarkets. You can buy farro at Whole foods and at some regular markets. Both are super healthy and really tasty.

Went into Whole Foods once. Looked at the prices, turned around and left.:) Will though look at Kroger and Fiesta.
