Finally Solved Baked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Connundrum

I can find them in my supermarket but i never buy them. Bigger chickens are often tough and rubbery. I try to get a 3 pounder, max.

But they make the best chicken soup. :yum:

6 lbs - yum.... low and slow and baste, baste, baste - works for me, but then again, they were my own chickens.

In a store they "probably" should be capons, which, if yes, should still be tender and juicy.
