Does anyone have any creative suggestions on what to do with the breaded alaska pollack fish nuggets?

All I've been able to come up with for the last 2lb package I had was to air fry some and eat as snacks, or smash them and put them into tortilla shells with shredded cheese, cabbage slaw and salsa for Baja fish tacos.

Do you eat fishfinger sandwiches in the US?
Over here it's a bit of a secret pleasure. If someone fesses up they'd had a fishfinger sandwich some people might sneer but others would know exactly what comfort food mood the OP was in 😂
If you do then those nuggets would also work like that in a sandwich. Soft bread, very thick butter and plenty of whatever sauce you enjoy.

I believe Nigella did a fishfinger spaghetti recipe that looked terrible but everyone said it's nice. I dunno I've not tried it but might be worth a look.

Edit- Yes she did a fishfinger spaghetti 👍
She also did a Fishfinger Bhorta recipe that looks more like the sort of thing that would suit your nuggets -

Fish don't have nuggets or fingers. Same with chickens. Well, roosters have nuggets, but nobody eats them.
i had the opinion chicken feet and snails were both beyond edible... until i saw them prepared, and in the case of the snails, put in context and compared to mussels...

i still haven't eaten either.

I don't think I've ever had them 🤔
Is the texture the same?
There was 20 or so years between trying the two. I think the sea snails were less rubbery. I had them while I was on vacation on Mallorca. One afternoon, while we were having drinks on the patio, we noticed all the waiters out in the bay, with their pants rolled up. They were picking sea snails out of the shallow water. That night there were snails for supper. I thought they were fabulous. I haven't had them since then. So, when I finally tried escargot in a resto, I thought it would have been much nicer to have put mushrooms into all those little divots on the snail plate. The garlicky butter sauce was lovely. The snails were bland and very chewy.

I've actually used mushrooms to put the snails into. Beautiful!

did that as I didn't have any shells at the time so used the muchrooms instead.

I had escargot once at a Christmas party. The flavor was good (they were drowned in butter) but I couldn't get past the texture. It was like eating mud to me.
