We three, DH, Mom & Moi,
went over to our new favorite Asian Bistro a town up from us.
My Mother ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, and ate it ALL btw
Fish Friday, I had the Teriyaki Salmon with loads of fresh steamed Veg under it.
My order came with a Salad, which I shared with Mom.
DH ordered all small side dishes.
Edamame, assorted Sushi and handmade Pork Dumplings, he shared
Needless to say, my Mother is very happy to be here in Cowboyville with us!

I grocery shopped today, but wasn't sure if we had enough leftovers. Fortunately, a rotisserie chicken fell into my cart. Lol! I made a small salad for Himself; he grazed on leftovers and chicken. I made a dinner salad for me, adding some chicken and leftover ham.

We ordered from Sahib, our favourite Indian resto. We must have had a deficit of Indian food, because we both ate a lot. When we order from Sahib, we always order enough to have plenty of yummy leftovers. Even with eating a lot, we have those leftovers. Yay!
This is what we had: chicken tikka, lamb madras, chicken korma, onion bhajis, lamb samosas, and roti (a wholewheat flat bread). I nuked some brown basmati rice from the fridge. And We had Wernesgrüner Pilsner to wash down the meal.
