I bought this folding chefs knife a few years back and still love it.I have taken it to Hawaii with me and on almost every vacation.I will take it with me if I know I will be helping with the cooking at freinds orrelatives houses.Their knives are always dull.

Thought I would share a kinda unique knife.

I also have this one from them which is one of my favs at home.I have the 10'' damascus chefs knife.

Looks like it is sold out right now.

Much to my consternation, my wife reaches for the A.G.R Hocho more often than her 5.5" Shun Santoku. She says the Hocho blade is thinner. The Hocho seems to be fairly prone to developing micro chips. Since she likes thin, I bought her a 6" Shun Elite utility knife which takes and holds a nice sharp edge but she's still partial to the Hocho.
