Food Network Videos problem

I absolutely love watching American food tv shows but living here in Moscow I'm limited to what I'm able to see. Is anyone else having problems watching the videos on the foodnetwork website? Mine say buffering all the time.

Maybe someone can advise me on ways and places to watch some good American cooking shows online
