Don't know if anyone has ever seen this before. I've been checking this site on and off for a few years now. The guy goes all over, eats in some great restaurants (i.e. Charlie Trotter's, Gary Danko) and takes pics and writes about what he eats, his trips, etc. It's a good way to check out the food of chef's that you've heard about, but may never get a chance to visit their restaurants.
