Another tip for a single bowl of salad from the folks at Growlies!
Take a small SEALABLE tupperware type bowl (cereal bowl size)fill it with water, seal and freeze.Now put it in the bottom of bowl you are going to serve the potato salad in. Then pile potato salad on top and it will keep the salad cold and safe to eat.
