My friend, this sounds like a very good comfy food. Mac n cheese with ham !!! I'll take that anytime.

And yes, I hear you about the upcoming summer season. My grill is in the corner right now, and not because Im not using it. But because its been talking so much smack waiting for the fresh veggies :)

The grill in your video looks like it has a certain shape and notches for skewers, like a Southern Mediterranean/North African grill. Am I correct? Do you use it that way?

OK Roman, I need to know more about those eggs in your beautiful bowl of Ramen.

How the heck did you manage to peel soft boiled eggs?

I make soft boiled eggs in my Instant Pot (3 minutes cook and then cold water bath for 1 minute) and carefully crack and peel them. I think eggs cooked under pressure makes them easy to peel.

Last night it was meatloaf (loaded with red, orange, yellow and green peppers, onion, bacon, mushrooms, 1 anchovy fillet (all chopped small in food processor), shredded cheddar cheese, spicy brown mustard, ketchup, salt, pepper, splash hot sauce, egg and uncooked rolled oats), mashed potatoes, gravy and steamed baby spinach.
