As I had mentioned yesterday, I made my pizza Margherita but I only remembered to take a photo after I'd already eaten a slice! 🍕😁🥹

Kroger no longer sells their organic pizza crust I really like, at least in my local store, so I haven't made a pizza in quite a while. Making my own dough for a single serving pizza is just not practical for me.

You could make a bigger pizza and freeze some of it for when you have a craving and need a quick solution.

I have this curse with freezing leftovers. I end up throwing them away after they've been in the freezer for a year. I don't know why I do that, but at 64 years old, I'm not likely to change that habit.

Leftovers in the fridge? I will eat them until they are gone, if it takes me all week. Once they move to the freezer, they may as well just go straight to the trash can.

There is a great pizzeria five minutes from my house, and they deliver, too. Every once in a while I pry open my wallet and order a pizza from there. I almost did that today, but I got busy with something else, and didn't do it.

I live so far out that I have no delivery services here, so I either make pizza myself, or it's a 15km drive to town and another 15km back home to buy a pizza, at which time it will be already cold. 😏
