Friday night dinner - 3-21-25 - anyone make anything interesting?

I went to Indiana and Duke and am a big basketball fan!

I put down $100 on Duke to win when we were in Vegas 2 weeks ago.

Once on one of my many trips to Vegas (business), it was preseason for the NFL, and my Steelers were at 50:1 odds to win the Super Bowl. I don't gamble, but I was tempted to "squander" 100 bucks on a bet. DOH! They won the Super Bowl that year.

I also went to Indiana in Bloomington! I went to Purdue prior to that as well.

We went out with friends to an all-you-can eat buffet. It was delicious. Returned home miserable and muttering, "I can't believe I ate the whole thing..."

How am I supposed to react to that? It's hilarious, except the part about you being miserable.

I believe I posted a picture some time ago, showing my set-up in my now defunct toaster Oven for air frying. Was doing Fish 'n Chips. LOL... I'm sure this one will work even better.

Yes, I remember the picture. It was kind of special, but looked like it would work. My racks are all the same size and stack nicely. I bought them on eBay for dehydrating, but i almost never do any dehydrating. OTOH, I use them all the time as pretend air fryer racks.

Can;t remember why I bought that rack other than it sat up high enough to 'straddle' something. It is also round and I can fit two fish wedges on it. Just barely fits on the tray below, had to be extremely careful moving it or the entire works would fly and always onto the floor. .
