Tried a new recipe from Pinch of Yum, a pasta dish with shrimp, corn, and tomatoes. When I went to get a bag of shrimp from the freezer, I had only one left. I thought there were two. Welp, I had two bags of scallops! I defrosted the little bay scallops for this dish. Turned out, in Himself's words, "pretty good!" That's high praise from him. LOL!
We had steamed broccoli rather than a salad. I lost track of how much I had in the fridge.
