I've got a pot of Beef Short Ribs going...new recipe for me. We'll have mashed taters and pan roasted asparagus too!

We ordered pizzas. They were pretty good. This was the first time DH asked for the thick crust for his. It will be the last time. It was very thick and much more filling. I had a separate small pizza with thin wholegrain, well done crust.

I had plans, but by the time I got groceries put away and lined up tonight's ingredients, I ran out of time. Instead, I reheated the leftover pizza from last night for us. Hat tip to whoever mentioned heating pizza in a covered pan on the stove. Works so good!

A KozyShack tapioca pudding cup for afters.
