Saturday I was preparing to make brown stock from a smoked turkey carcass and my oven gave out. The oven was not the best but it served us for 15 years. My wife asked if I wanted to fix it and I said NO lets get a new one.
I had been looking for a few days and I had my mind set on a Kenmore but I was still looking around. I found a GE Cafe range on an open box clearance deal and I fell in love. It is being delivered on Thursday and I am super excited to finally get a convection oven. I will keep you all posted when it arrives and how the first meal turns out.
