Make ahead on the weekend - mini quiche! add which ever ingredients you enjoy most. ex. you could add some sweet peppers to some, mushrooms to others, shallots or scallions to a third. Or some ham or sausage.
Could be made with or without a crust.
Here are some to look over -
Bacon & Leek Quiche Rosemary & Olive Frittata
Easy Oven Egg Bites Classic Quiche Lorraine
Even though some are made in a pie plate, just cut them into wedges to take with you mornings. Or any of them could be made in muffin/cupcake tins.

Can you eat yogurt at your desk? Can you make eggs in a work microwave?

Fruit salad or whole fruits. Energy bar. Protein shake that you can make before hand or buy.

String cheese.

all of the suggestions (sanely) suggest preparing stuff 'in advance' and storing for being grabbed on the way out the door.

the other 'interpretation' of the original post is:
something that can be 'instantaneously' prepared on 'the morning of . . .' and merely pushed into a bag on the way out the door, post morning shower . . .

about the only thing that fits that description is a fried egg - or cold cuts&cheese - on yesterday's roll/biscuit/bread.

hot/cold cereal - messy with the milk and all that
pancakes/waffles . . . batter can be done pre-morn - but griddle pre-heat+cook times,,, not a quick thing.

anything, even including 'schufft to be microwaved on arrival' all require time&effort well before 'dashing out the door after the shower'

so, some OP clarification needed , , ,

I agree with you

I was giving the poster the credit for already figuring out that a container of yogurt or fruit could be grabbed on their way out the door.
So other than preparing ahead there really isn't anything else, yeah?
Think we were all just trying to make suggestions as to what can be prepared ahead of time that can be grabbed and run with... other than fruit, etc already mentioned.

Seems that muffins, quiches, hard boiled eggs all pretty much fit the bill and all need to be done in advance.
If a big batch of muffins or quiche is made, keep out enough for the week - they'll be fine - and freeze the rest for another time!

Reminds me of a girl at work used to bake a banana loaf, cool, slice, butter, freeze in individual packets. Grab a packet in the morning, go to work and it would be perfect for her 10 o'clock coffee. Defrosted and buttered.

Reminds me! My DIL, about once a month or so, would fry up bacon, eggs, split muffins, layer egg, cheese, bacon, wrap each individually and freeze. Mornings they would each grab one micro wave it and eat or grab for their lunch box - micro wave it at work and had their breakfast.

Or, if you don't have any already made up, just fry an egg real quick and slap it in between two toasted English muffins or, since you're in Poland, you could make up a batch of bułeczka drożdżowa one evening when you have time and add some filling to them or split and toast them to make a quick egg sandwich.
