Good morning everyone and hello!

I'm new so thought I'd drop in and say hi.
I'm from London, I love baking and am a huge fan of stews and slow cooked meals. And I LOVE fresh chinese food! I'm trying to improve my cake decorating at the moment. I made a Mario (Nintendo) cake for a birthday recently, I really loved it, but it was rather lobsided

Anyway, lovely to meet you all, I'm sure we'll talk soon!
