So happy to have found this great forum. For the past several months my friend, Kim, and I have been posting our favorite recipes on our little blog. It is fun to see who visits and who actually tries our meal suggestions. Welcome Steve - Have fun getting to know everyone. Unlike Domsnanny, I won't be posting lots of recipes as I rarely write them down as I cook by taste, and use everyone else's recipes for ideas. Since I've been cooking from the age of eight years old, I rarely use recipes for other than ideas (unless baking). The Joy of Cooking was my cooking teacher, and I eat most of my experiments, and I'm still here
