Hello everybody.

First of all, thanks for having me. I'm excited to post, read and learn from everyone in this community!

As of now, my culinary experience goes no further than home cooking. But, I've taken a new interest in the culinary arts and I really want all of the feedback I can get. I have lots of experience traveling & dining, also as a performing artist. So, I'm hoping my background mixed with lots of input from everybody will help me along in my new artistic endeavor. Thanks again!
