Grilled Spicy Fish


1/4 cup lime or lemon juice
2 tablespoons melted butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1/2 teraspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt

4 pounds of your favorite whole fish-I loke to use trout Prepare

Combine the lemon juice,butter,oi;,parsley,hot sauce,ginger and salt. Mix well. Pierce skin of fish in several places, Roll fish in juice mixture to coat inside and out. Cover Refrigerate 30 minutes to one hour turning over occasionally. Remove fish from marinade. Place fish on grill;brush fish with marinade while grilling. Cook over high heat for 5 minutes. Yurn;brush with marinade,cook 5 minutes longer. Fish is done when it flakes easily iwth fork.
