UPS just showed with my new pressure cooker. It's gorgeous and the price from Macy's was great. Tenspeed, the first thing I will make in it is your Chicken Masala.

Pressure cook a cup of water to get familiar with bringing it up to pressure. Don't do what I did, which is to not notice that the lock didn't slide in all the way so it didn't seal.
I've made a couple of other meals with it, but the Chicken Masala was our favorite so far.
