We have an anti-smoking ordinance here in the state, but you get a membership at the dor which getds you one share of common stock. All employees are also shareholders. Since there are technically no employees or customers they can do nothing.

The HVAC is such that there are ventsamundo on the floor and returnsamundo above. With a constant flow a guy could smoke a cigar next to you and you would never know

Special every day, a regular menu of burgers, pizza, couple of pasta dishes. Soup of the half week. Bunch off salads including a REAL Caesar salad with gooood in house made dressing.

Steaks and chops. I would stay away from seafood. Well maybe not, boil up some lobster tails. Goes good with the Caesar salad.

You could give it a name, like the movie, Death Wish? ;)
What would you name it?

Have mused a little more, the menu I have in mind would choke Gordon Ramsay.

Pizza/stromboli/calzone.
Spaghetti, pastas with sauce and meatballs.
Subs, sausage, meatball, Italian.
Perogi, kielbasa with sauerkraut.
Burgers of many types.
Steaks, pork chops.

All forms of salad of course, Caesar with GOOD salad dressing.

Beer and wine. (license cheap in Ohio) Booze - maybe.
