Hi there! Just this year because semi-retired which leaves a lot more time for meals and prep. Had a garden this year with a few tomatoes, chili's, squash and watermelons so I can go with a more "I picked this" approach with my food! Looking forward to increasing my skill set and sharing what I know. 👍

Sounds like a fantastic garden. That's something I dearly miss doing.

Welcome aboard ;)

Thank you Linda. It's an ever expanding project.
That it is. But I'll tell you what, there's nothing better than a homegrown tomato. I remember being in my tomato garden pulling weeds and checking for ripe maters and I would pull one off the vine and eat it like an apple while I was gardening.

Only had a few plants this year but next year it's going from 100 square feet to a tad over 700. A daily pick...

Welcome! You will love it here.
I agree that it is very satisfying when you cook with produce that you have nurtured yourself and it mostly tastes better than the swill you find in the supermarket. 🫠
